Before joining the Blauch Brothers team in 2018 as safety director, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech). Additionally, I spent 7 years in a production management role, educating employees on an array of safety topics. As safety director with Blauch Brothers, I manage team member certifications, facilitate safety meetings & trainings, work with other contractors to improve job site safety, and visit BBI projects daily to ensure compliance and the well-being of our team members. Blauch Brothers has had a strong, established safety culture for a long time and I am proud to build upon this culture.
