After working as a 911 dispatcher for 6 years, I made a career change and came to Blauch Brothers to be the Service Dispatcher. Making the change has been one of the best decisions I have made for myself. I enjoy getting to be to go-to person for the service techs and helping them in any way they need. Blauch Brothers is a family-oriented company that truly cares about their employees and provides me the opportunity to have a healthy work-life balance.
