Blauch Brothers’ second-generation owner, James W. Blauch, Jr., continues operating the business based on the values and Christian principles passed down by the founder. These values are evident through every job, whether we’re replacing faucets for a homeowner or designing and building a complex mechanical system for an industrial facility.

Blauch Brothers opened for business. Three brothers, Jim Sr., Dale, and Ralph Blauch, started
the business on College Avenue in the Park View area of Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Blauch Brothers Inc. moved to its current location 911 Mt. Clinton Pike, later to become Chicago Ave.
Jim Sr. and other investment partners opened Rockingham Sheet Metal to further expand operations.
Jim Sr. bought Blauch Brothers Inc. taking ownership of the entire company.
Jim Jr and Craig Miller bought Blauch Brothers from Jim Sr.
Rockingham Sheet Metal merged with Blauch Brothers Inc.
REAL ESTATE PURCHASE
Jim Jr. and Craig Miller purchased company real estate from Jim Sr.
Winchester office opened for business
Jim Jr, Matt Blauch, Chris Blauch, and Stacy Shiflet bought Craig Miller's shares of Blauch Brothers, Inc.
