Coming from a customer service background in the retail and restaurant industries, I joined Blauch Brothers in 2015 as front desk receptionist. My curiosity and drive helped my transition through several administrative responsibilities within the company before settling into my current position as purchasing assistant. I am always eager to learn. I relish the opportunity to expand my industry knowledge. I consider myself to be infinitely blessed to be a member of the Blauch Brothers team. The experience has truly enriched my life.

I've also enjoyed the numerous opportunities that I've been given at Blauch Brothers since joining the organization in 2005 as a plumber. I was promoted to lead plumber/foreman, a role in which I managed numerous large projects for Blauch Brothers, including one of the company's largest projects at Ariake USA. After 10 years as a lead plumber, I was promoted to field operations manager, a role that I have occupied for 8 years now. I hold my master plumbing and HVAC licenses in Virginia as well as West Virginia. I also carry a med gas license. I truly enjoy working for Blauch Brothers in a role in which I'm challenged every day.
My career began at Blauch Brothers, Inc. in 2008. Soon after, I had the opportunity to move to the service department and became a plumber/backhoe operator. I was then promoted to plumbing service supervisor, a role that I have occupied since promotion. I share the organizational commitment to excellent service. It’s great working as part of the team at Blauch Brothers and I enjoy helping customers solve their plumbing problems.

I started my career at Blauch Brothers in April 1988 in the sheet metal shop. After a few years working in the shop, an opening for a sheet metal estimator position became available and I was asked whether or not I was interested. After a few years of estimating, I began running the sheet metal division as well as estimating. As the company grew, it became more difficult to sustainably serve in both roles, so I then worked solely in estimation. Over the past few years as an estimator, my role has grown from finding and pricing new projects to working with and supporting our in house engineering staff and project managers.

As the service projects coordinator at Blauch Brothers, I’m responsible for putting together quotes for customers. My career with Blauch Brothers began in 2014 as the service billing specialist. After 5 years in that role, I was offered a new position to advance within the company and become the service projects coordinator. While working with Blauch Brothers, I have attended annual training with the Timberline Users Group which has given me the ability to continually grow, expand my knowledge, and stay up to date with our operating and computer systems. I enjoy being challenged every day and given the opportunity to develop and advance my career in this company that has such a positive impact in the community.

After years of working in the automotive diesel industry, I had the opportunity to join Blauch Brothers in 2012. With my technical background, the transition was relatively easy. I worked my way from HVAC service technician to the Winchester service HVAC supervisor position that I occupy today. I enjoy working for a company that truly cares about the well-being of their employees and customers.
