I have worked in retail management for over 15 years and decided that I needed a career change to spend more time with my family.  I joined Blauch Brothers in late 2018 as a Service HVAC Apprentice in our Winchester Division. Also, I simultaneously started taking HVAC night classes at Lord Fairfax Community College to learn and develop my skills. I worked my way up from an apprentice to a Lead Technician. With my previous management experience and technical knowledge gained I had the opportunity to become the Harrisonburg Service HVAC Supervisor for Blauch Brothers.  After working for large corporations for two decades I am extremely thankful to work for a family business that values their employees!
