COMMERCIAL HVAC TECHNICIANS
(WINCHESTER)
Job Description:
​
HVAC Service Technicians provide comprehensive HVAC service and repair to industrial and commercial customers throughout west-central Virginia. The successful candidate will have experience installing new equipment and performing startups as well as troubleshooting and providing emergency service and repairs. Service technicians not only provide outstanding quality service and repair but also serve as a communication link between the customer and the company through such means as identifying potential sales opportunities. Technicians perform a wide variety of activities that require an equally wide range of skills. Technicians must be able to install and service a wide variety of systems and perform both simple and complex installations and repairs. Additionally, technicians must be able to develop customer rapport through the credible communication of technical knowledge, offering decisive solutions to meet customer needs, demonstrating empathy and concern, and informing customers of job progress and timelines. HVAC technicians provide both service and installation services. Technicians are the face of the company to the public.

Vocational training in HVAC; EPA Refrigerant Certification; Training and experience in Controls, Boilers desirable.
