I became part of the Blauch Brothers family in mid-2025, stepping into a Human Resources role after 13 years in Financial Institution Management. In my previous career, I found great fulfillment in creating mentorship programs that brought people together and helped them grow. That experience sparked my passion for working closely with team members on a daily basis.
