SERVICE PLUMBING TECHNICIANS
Service Division (Harrisonburg & Winchester) 

Purpose and Scope 

 

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Service Plumbing Technician, your role will encompass providing outstanding service in commercial and residential plumbing applications. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional workmanship, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues efficiently, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service calls and effectively communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner, even in challenging situations.

  • Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues promptly and accurately.

  • Ensure the proper use of tools, equipment, and resources to complete plumbing repairs and installations to the highest standards.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of time, materials used, work order results, and customer interactions.

  • Collaborate with team members and follow through on commitments to ensure the timely closure of open work orders.

  • Uphold and represent our Company's reputation as a consummate professional in the plumbing industry.

Requirements:

​

  • Proven experience as a Service Plumbing Technician, with expertise in both commercial and residential plumbing applications.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and effectively communicate with customers.

  • Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.

  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.

  • Detail-oriented mindset to accurately record and document time, materials, work order results, and customer interactions.

  • Valid plumbing license/certification is preferred.
